Standard End Panels

Cutouts for skirting boards and pipe entries are provided as standard during manufacture and are specified using the simple convention of W,X,Y & Z shown in the diagrams. This eliminates on site cuts which damage the paint finish and ensures a simple and economical site installation.

Open End Cutouts

Cutouts for skirting boards and pipe entries in open end panels are specified using the same simple convention of W,X,Y & Z. The cutout is made on the front face of the cover in this instance.

Non-standard Cutouts

Radius finish vinyl sealed floors require a diagonal cutout in the bottom corner of the panel to allow the cover to sit down to the floor.

Other cutouts such as a horseshoe (shown right) can be made when detailed measurements are provided.
