Our factory made cutouts eliminate on site cuts
and damage to the paint finish and ensures a simple and economical
site installation.
Skirting boards and pipe entry cutouts are |
provided as standard during manufacture and are specified using the simple convention of W, X, Y & Z. Non standard cutouts can also be accommodated such as those for vinyl, front face and pipe entries as shown above. |

Our standard bracketing arrangement combines
a secure fixing to the wall with easy removal of the whole radiator
cover for access to cleaning. A secure fixing is achieved by a “V”
lug on each side panel which wedges tight into the wall bracket
and is retained with a powder coated pozidrive machine screw in
the top of each side panel. Removing the two screws releases the
cover.

When open ended radiator covers butt up to a side wall, or when top screws are not accessible due to overhanging sills, the radiator cover side panels are countersunk for fixing into a simple wooden batten. All screw heads are supplied powder coated to match the covers. |
